Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
Method
- Heat the pineapple, orange, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan.
- Mix the water, egg, sugar and flour together, and slowly add them to the juices.
- Cook over LOW heat in a heavy saucepan until thick.
- Cool, and store in the refrigerator.
