Ingredients
- 2 cups small-diced pineapple
- 1 cup small-diced strawberries
- 1 cup small-diced kiwi (about 3 kiwis)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced mint (in thin ribbons)
- Kosher salt
- Cinnamon-sugar pita chips, for serving
Method
- In a medium bowl, toss the pineapple, strawberries and kiwi with the lime juice and jalapenos.
- Gently fold in the mint.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve with cinnamon-sugar pita chips.
