Ingredients
- 1 regular can heavy syrup crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch or plain flour (most of the time I use flour)
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
Method
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and pinch of salt well.
- Add sour cream; mix well, then add the pineapple.
- Mix well. Cook in top of double boiler until thick, stirring until thick.
- Remove.
- Cool and add marshmallows. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. This is a very delightful and refreshing salad.
- Yummy also.
