Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
Method
- Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar.
- Add sifted flour and baking powder together.
- Add eggs and flour and beat after each. Add vanilla.
- Fold in pineapple.
- Cook in a tube cake pan at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
