Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken thigh
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper

Method

  • Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for at least an hour.
  • The longer the better.
  • Pan fry or grill on the BBQ until cooked through and serve.
  • A Hawaiian dish that originated from Japan I believe.
  • Very tasty- like a hibachi chicken.
