Ingredients
- 2 sm. boxes lemon Jello
- 4 c. boiling water
- 2 lg. cakes of Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple
Method
- Place Jello in large bowl and add in boiling water.
- Stir and add in Philadelphia cream cheese, work with hands till blended in.
- Then add in ice cream, work till blended.
- Add in 1 can liquid removed crushed pineapple.
- Chill till set.
