Ingredients
- 1 box sugar-free jello
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 1 large carton cottage cheese
Method
- Put pineapple in small pan and stir in jello.
- Heat until it comes to a boil.
- Set aside to cool.
- When cool, mix in Cool Whip and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Serves 12 or 16.
- Best when refrigerated overnight.
