- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 qt. whipped topping
- 1 large angel food cake
- 1 qt. whipped topping
- 1 can shredded coconut
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
- Add boiling water and pineapple.
- Chill until firm and add 1 quart whipped topping. Fold in the angel food cake, which has been broken into bite size pieces.
- Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Let set in refrigerator until firm. Top with whipped topping and coconut.
