Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix, baked and cooled
- 1 small vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
Method
- Prepare pudding as directed, omitting 1/2 cup milk.
- Set aside at least 5 minutes.
- Add softened cream cheese and whip until smooth.
- Spread on cooled cake.
- Spread pineapple over cream mixture.
- Cover pineapple with Cool Whip.
- Let set overnight in refrigerator.
