Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot pineapple juice
- 1 tall can Milnot, chilled
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Method
- Mix Jell-O with hot pineapple juice; let set until syrup-like. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
- Add to pineapple juice/Jell-O mixture.
- Whip Milnot; add to mixture.
- Place vanilla wafer crumbs on bottom of pan; add mixture.
- Sprinkle top with vanilla wafers and refrigerate.
