Ingredients
- 1 can chunk pineapple
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Drain pineapple.
- Save 3 tablespoons of juice. Put pineapple in casserole dish.
- Mix sugar, flour and juice together. Pour over pineapple and mix.
- Top with cheese.
- Mix crushed crackers and butter together.
- Spread on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Good with ham, pork chops, anything!
