Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Longhorn)
Method
- Boil
- pineapple, sugar and water for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir
- in
- jello
- and
- cool
- in refrigerator until mixture begins to thicken.
- Fold in cheese and whipped cream. Chill until set.
- Serves 9.
