Ingredients
- 3 cans pineapple chunks
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 individual pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
Method
- In a medium size casserole dish, pour in pineapple chunks with 1/2 juice drained.
- Mix sugar and cornstarch together and pour over pineapple.
- Place grated cheese over sugar; top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
- Place pats of butter on crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until bubbling.
