Ingredients
- 440 g crushed pineapple in natural juice
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 lime, juice of
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8 wooden icy pole sticks
Method
- Combine ingredients in large jug.
- Use stick blender to process till smooth.
- Pour into 8 hole popsicle mould.
- Insert sticks.
- Freeze overnight.
