Ingredients
- 3 1/3 c. cake flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. chopped ripe bananas (about 4 medium)
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour three 9-inch round pans.
