Ingredients
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 6 tablespoons canned sweetened cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
- 3 tablespoons white rum
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 4 teaspoons dark rum
Method
- Combine first 3 ingredients in blender. Add ice and blend well. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Spoon 2 teaspoons dark rum over each and serve.
