Ingredients
- 1 can Dole pineapple juice
- 1 (15 ounce.) can cream of coconut
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. rum; optional
Method
- Mix and put in an old lowfat milk container (gallon).
- Freeze.
- Before serving, let it defrost only half way.
- In a punch bowl, put 2 qts of 7-Up.
- Cut the plastic container in half to get the chunk of juice out.
- Add in to 7-Up and chop up.
- Serve as a slush, still icy.
