Ingredients
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Boil raisins in water for about 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, cornstarch and spices.
- Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Blend in vinegar.
- Serve hot over ham.
