Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. pure lard
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- enough water to make a dough to roll out
Method
- In a bowl, mix flour and lard.
- Stir egg and vinegar in a cup with salt.
- Add to flour mixture enough water to make dough to roll out good.
- This will make 2 crusts.
