Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Cut shortening into dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Then beat 1 egg, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 cup water and add all at once to flour mixture and mix to consistency for rolling.
- (This can be stored in plastic bag in refrigerator for later use if not all used at once.)
