Ingredients
- 3 small ripe tomatoes, diced
- 12 red bell peppers or 12 green bell pepper, chopped
- 14 cup cilantro, chopped
- 13 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 3 -4 fresh jalapenos, minced
- 12 lime, juice of
- 12 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix well.
- Refrigerate the salsa for a least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.
- Serve it chilled, with fajitas, chops, or other dishes.
