Ingredients
- 4 to 5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Put butter in the bottom of a long cake pan.
- Put a layer of potatoes, then layer with onions, salt and pepper.
- Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Make another layer; then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
