Ingredients
- 2 lb. green shrimp
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 pkg. pickling spice
Method
- Drop shrimp in 4 cups rapidly boiling water to which has been added 4 tablespoons vinegar and 4 tablespoons salt.
- Boil only until shrimp are pink, then shuck and devein.
