Ingredients
- 1 fryer, cut up
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 c. water
- 1 c. rice
Method
- Set oven to 350°.
- Mix soup, water and rice.
- Place in a buttered casserole dish, salt and pepper fryer pieces and place on top of rice mixture.
- Place cover on dish and bake 1 1/2 hours or until fryer is tender.
