Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked leftover rice, long grain
- 1/4 cup sambal oelek
- 1 medium red apple cubed
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1/4 cup soya sauce, lite
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 medium kosher dill pickle cubed
- 228 grams package of cai chua, pickled mustard sliced small
Method
- Heat oil add cold leftover rice
- Add soya sauce stir well
- Add mustards and dill pickle
- Add sake stir in let cook 3 minutes
- Add apple stir well add sambal oelek
- Serve enjoy
