Ingredients
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dill and alum (in each jar)
Method
- Pack clean jars with okra.
- Heat vinegar, water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil and pour over okra.
- Seal.
- Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
