Ingredients
- okra
- 1 clove garlic (per jar)
- 2 Tabasco peppers (per jar)
- 1 tsp. dill seed (per jar)
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. canning salt
Method
- Pack okra in pint jars.
- Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
- Pour over okra in jars and seal right away.
- Should be ready to eat in about 3 to 4 weeks.
