Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 c. margarine (room temperature)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Cream by hand the first 4 ingredients, adding the flour a little at a time.
- Divide dough in 24 small balls the size of walnuts.
- Press in small cupcake pans to make the shells.
