Ingredients

  • 34 cup butter, softened
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 34 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 34 cups miniature M&M baking bits
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Combine oats, flour baking powder and baking soda; blend into cream mixture.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake 13-15 minutes.
  • Cool on wire racks and store in airtight container.
