Ingredients
- 6 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. shortening
Method
- Mix flour and salt into bowl.
- Cut in shortening until crumbly. Store in covered bowl in refrigerator for 1 month or less.
- Toss with fork to lighten before measuring.
- Mix 1/4 cup pastry mix with 2 or 3 tablespoons cold water for each 9-inch crust.
