- 5 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 12 cups chopped pepperoni
- 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Method
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a big skillet, cook the beef, onion, and pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in the pepperoni, pizza sauce, soup, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Drain noodles; stir into the skillet and heat through; taste for seasoning and adjust with salt, pepper, oregano.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
