Ingredients

  • 5 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 12 cups chopped pepperoni
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 12 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in a big skillet, cook the beef, onion, and pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
  • Stir in the pepperoni, pizza sauce, soup, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Drain noodles; stir into the skillet and heat through; taste for seasoning and adjust with salt, pepper, oregano.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
