Ingredients

  • 4 trim steaks (fillet, sirloin or scotch)
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorn medley, freshly ground
  • Seasonal vegetables or salad, to serve

Method

  • Marinate the steaks in the dressing for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Thinly slice potatoes 5 mm apart in a downwards direction, 3/4 of the way through.
  • Toss in oil and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan and cook a further 15 minutes until tender and golden.
  • Press pepper into each side of the steaks.
  • Grill or panfry over a medium-high heat for 4 minutes each side, or until done to your liking.
  • Serve steaks with potatoes and vegetables or salad.
