Ingredients
- 7 1/2 c. chopped sweet red peppers
- 2 1/2 c. chopped green hot peppers
- 5 c. chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. cider vinegar
Method
- Combine all ingredients in kettle; bring to a boil.
- Cook uncovered for 2 minutes.
- Put into jars and set on rack in kettle or canner.
- Add water to kettle and boil, covered, for 30 minutes.
