Ingredients
- 12 green peppers
- 12 red peppers
- 12 onions
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- hot pepper (optional)
Method
- Cover peppers with water and let stand 10 minutes; drain.
- Add onions with sugar, salt and vinegar; heat mixture to boiling point, 45 minutes and simmer 45 minutes.
