Ingredients
- 12 red peppers
- 12 green peppers
- 12 onions, ground
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
Method
- Grind peppers and cover with boiling water.
- Let set 5 minutes, then drain well.
- Add onions and other ingredients; boil for 5 minutes and seal while hot.
