Ingredients
- 12 red peppers
- 12 green peppers
- 6 onions
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
Method
- Wash and seed peppers.
- Grind with onions.
- Scald with hot water.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Scald again.
- Drain.
- Add sugar, salt and vinegar.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Seal in hot jars.
