Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- dash of salt
- 2/3 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Let cream cheese and butter come to room temperature.
- Mix flour, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, cream cheese and butter. Refrigerate about 1 hour.
- Remove dough from refrigerator; pinch into 1-inch balls.
- Drop into 1-inch muffin tins and press on bottom and up sides of the tiny muffin tins.
- Mix other ingredients.
- Pour into little shells.
- Bake in 325° oven for 25 minutes.
- Yields 24.
- Goes well with ice cream.
