Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter (very soft)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- confectioners sugar
Method
- Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla.
- Add pecans and flour.
- Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- While hot, roll in confectioners sugar and when cool roll again.
