Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. pecan meal
- 1/2 c. gluten or barley flour
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
Method
- Mix dry
- ingredients.
- Add
- water and soy sauce.
- Place in sprayed can
- and
- cover.
- Place in crock-pot with 1 inch of water. Steam on high 4 hours.
