Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add syrup and salt; beat well.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Add pecans.
- Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
