Ingredients
- 1 box (6 strips) lasagna strips
- 1 qt. cottage cheese
- 2 small plain yogurt
- 1 large block Mozzarella cheese
- small amount yellow cheese
- 1 can vegeburger
- 1 qt. Ragu
Method
- Fry burger.
- Add Ragu in one dish.
- Cook lasagna in boiling salted water.
- In separate dish mix yogurt and cottage cheese. Then grate cheese.
- Grease casserole dish.
- Lay a layer of lasagna, then a layer of white mix, layer of cheese, Ragu, then yellow cheese.
- Repeat.
- Place in oven at 350° for 1 hour.
