Ingredients
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. white Karo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Place pecans in unbaked pie shell.
- Mix sugar, flour and salt. Set aside.
- Beat eggs. Add Karo, oleo and vanilla, then flour mixture.
- Pour over pecans.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Reduce temperature to 300° and bake 15 minutes.
