Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. pecans
Method
- Beat egg white until it stands in a soft peak.
- Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in pecans.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes at 250°.
- Turn oven off and leave in oven 20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Put in airtight container.
- Freezes well.
