Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 Tsp salt
- 1 Cup chopped pecans
- 1 Frozen pie shell
Method
- Bake pie shell as directed on pkg; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients; cook over medium stirring constantly till mixture is thick. Pour mixture into pie shell. Prepare egg yolks into a meringue, top pie and brown in 400 degree oven. Remove from oven and cool. Enjoy!
