Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 1 c. chopped toasted pecans
- 1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Method
- Beat egg and sugar until fluffy.
- Add cocoa and mix well. Now add oleo and beat thoroughly.
- Fold in pecans and wafer crumbs.
- Put in an 8-inch pie pan and chill several hours.
- When ready to serve, garnish with Cool Whip.
