Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans
Method
- Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onion, green pepper, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans in a bowl.
- Mix well. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans to coat.
- Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.
- Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers.
