Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. finely chopped pecans

Method

  • Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onion, green pepper, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans in a bowl.
  • Mix well. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans to coat.
  • Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.
  • Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve with crackers.
