Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen peas or 2 cans green peas, drained
- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 jars pimentos
- butter
Method
- Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter.
- Combine all ingredients in baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
