Ingredients
- pastry for double-crust pie
- 2 c. prepared Pear Mincemeat
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine mincemeat, brown sugar, flour and pecans.
- Spoon mixture in prepared pie shell.
- Top with strips of pastry in weave fashion.
- Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
