Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Parkay margarine
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked
Method
- Cream the margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and peanut butter.
- Add oats and flour.
- Mix well. Spread into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into bars.
