Ingredients

  • 12 oz. vanilla ice cream (Weight Watchers)
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 4 graham crackers, made into crumbs

Method

  • Soften ice cream.
  • Blend peanut butter in thoroughly.
  • Line a small pan with plastic wrap.
  • Fill with dessert and press to corners.
  • Get out air bubbles.
  • Cover and freeze until firm.
  • Lift out block by wrap.
  • Spread crumbs on a sheet of waxed paper. Place crumbs on with your hands, pressing into sides and top of block.
  • Chill until firm.
