Ingredients
- 12 oz. vanilla ice cream (Weight Watchers)
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 4 graham crackers, made into crumbs
Method
- Soften ice cream.
- Blend peanut butter in thoroughly.
- Line a small pan with plastic wrap.
- Fill with dessert and press to corners.
- Get out air bubbles.
- Cover and freeze until firm.
- Lift out block by wrap.
- Spread crumbs on a sheet of waxed paper. Place crumbs on with your hands, pressing into sides and top of block.
- Chill until firm.
